Massage Natick at My Healing Studio, Sarah J. Ering, Licensed Massage Therapist, is conveniently located in the historic Odd Fellows building, just a few steps from the corner of Pond Street and Route 27 South (South Main Street). For your convenience, you'll find pictures of the building and detailed directions below.
Entrance:
The entrance to my building is in between the Vivalicious Chocolates/Maine Girl Cupcake and The Bagel Table, about 10 paces from Sweetwaters cafe. Sometimes Google Maps may lead you astray.
Do not go to 11 Main Street (a hair salon), or the alley behind it. Note that the main road through Natick Center is divided into Main, North Main, and South Main. We are located on South Main. When you exit my building, you'll face the gazebo in Natick Center.
We are in the building that formerly housed the Zeta Fencing Studio and The Holly Chin Voice Studio. The entrance is two steps up from the sidewalk. Look for our sign with the bright yellow border, Massage Natick at My Healing Studio / Sarah Ering, LMT. Go up the grand staircase, and you will see a cushioned bench where you may relax. We will be with you shortly.
Health History Form: For new clients, a health history form will be on a clip board for you to fill out.
Cancellation Policy is 36 business hours' notice: To ensure fairness to all clients, please give us at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours' notice, no-shows, or missed appointments may incur a full charge.
If you are unwell:
If you're feeling unwell the week of your appointment, please let us know and reschedule with at least 36 hours' notice. If you're unable to make it, try to arrange for someone else to take your spot. If you cancel without enough notice, we may need to charge your credit card on file or request payment by cash or Venmo. By booking, you agree to this policy.
Payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, credit card.

HSA and flex spending: You can use your HSA FSA credit card to pay for your sessions. If needed, we will provide you with a receipt. As insurance company requirements vary, please contact your insurance company to understand their requirements.
Arrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your health history form. Arriving late may shorten your session in order to accommodate others who have appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of massage, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
Ample Metered Parking:
There is ample metered parking in front of our building, around the Natick Common, or in the parking lot located on Pond Street/Route 135. Some meters allow you to use both coins or the passport app. Save time by downloading the parking app now.
Commuter Rail: The studio is a short few-minute walk from the Natick Center Commuter Rail stop.
