Sarah has myofascial training from the CORE Institute and Upledger Seminars, holds Polarity Certification, has studied Reiki, Crystal Work, Somatic Emotional Release, Moxibustion, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Sports and Orthopedic Massage, Relaxation Massage, Acupressure and Shiatsu.
